With all our science and technology today, you should assume that people should live more healthily than ever before. But on the contrary, with all the latest medical research and knowledge, we have become more depressive and sicker as a human species than ever before. We have more knowledge at our disposal than ever before but there is a great lack of wisdom. Only knowledge is not enough, you need wisdom on how to execute knowledge. We need a KAINOS wisdom revolution.
The wisdom of our current leadership in this world looks like a template of utter foolishness. The current leadership is making the wrong decisions over and over again. In the ancient scriptures, we can find the original wisdom that has been lost for ages. We can read what the Author of the ancient scriptures thinks about this world’s wisdom. The wisdom of the world is foolishness to God.
1Cor. 1:25
Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
When we study Ancient Scripture, we can gain a treasure of wisdom that is superior then the wisdom of this world. This wisdom is available for all who will seek it because those who seek will find it. We must find the wisdom to help the people in this world who are suffering from sickness and depression. But where to find it?
Proverbs 2:6
For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth comes knowledge and understanding.
Ancient Scripture shows us that wisdom is a gift, Wisdom is not learned or comes through education, the Lord gives wisdom. This is great news for all people who believe and are seeking wisdom. We must turn back to the Creator of heaven and earth to turn from our foolish ways and receive His wisdom to bring a change in this world.
1 Kings 3:9
Therefore give to Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?"
There was an ancient king called Solomon who when he started his rule as a king asked God for a special blessing. Ruling as a king brings a lot of responsibility because a king wants to serve and lead his nation well. Solomon asked for a wise and understanding heart so that evil could be judged and good could prevail. We know from history that God heard his prayer and Solomon became the wisest king who ever lived.
We need wisdom in all positions of life, positions of authority, and wisdom in the workforce. In the Ancient Scripture, we find that God gave wisdom to creators, designers, musicians, and artists. God gave wisdom to kings, leaders, and generals, which brought righteousness and justice to nations. Amazingly, we are all privileged to do a project with the creator of heaven and earth.
Ex. 35:31
and He has filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom and understanding, in knowledge and all manner of workmanship,
Ex. 35:35
He has filled them with skill to do all manner of work of the engraver and the designer and the tapestry maker, in blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine linen, and of the weaver--those who do every work and those who design artistic works.
The key to getting supernatural wisdom is to restore your relationship with God because, without a good relationship, you can’t receive His blessing. We can ask Him for the wisdom we need, and He will give it liberally.
James 1:5
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
The secret of all wisdom is hidden in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Christ is the wisdom of God and He showed the wisdom of God when He was here on earth. There is a hidden wisdom that eyes can’t see, ears can’t hear, and what heart doesn’t understand. This wisdom becomes visible, hearable, and understandable when we look at the Cross.
1 Cor. 1:18-21
18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
19 For it is written: "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, And bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent."
20 Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
21 For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe.
The wisdom of God is not in the cross but in the message of the cross. The message of the cross tells us about a person who loves you so much, that He died for you on that cross. The wisdom of God is in that person, the Lord Jesus Christ. When you accept Jesus Christ you receive forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life. But even more, you will receive his love, compassion, power, patience, and strength. And of course, when you receive Jesus Christ, you will receive His wisdom because He is the wisdom of God.
1Cor. 1:30
But of Him, you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God--and righteousness and sanctification and redemption—
Pray it out loud:
Heavenly Father, this world needs a revival of Your wisdom. I need a revival of Your wisdom in my life too. Thank you, that You gave Your Son, Jesus Christ, and all treasures are hidden in Him. When we receive Jesus Christ, we receive all treasures. Forgive us for our mistakes, we want to restore our relationship with You. Thank You for forgiveness and thank You for the wisdom You give liberally to those who ask You. Please bless this world, forgive this world that they rejected You. Help the world to see Your wisdom. We also pray for presidents and world leaders that they have wisdom on how to lead their nations. We pray that they don’t lead for selfish reasons but serve the people as they should. Stop them from starting wars and destroying each other. We pray for the medical world that they will have supernatural wisdom and that there will be great breakthroughs that will benefit the people. We pray for all the people of the world that they will know Your forgiveness and love. We pray for a KAINOS REVOLUTION, in Jesus' name! Amen.
