Scientists try to find out why so many people are fatigued. One of the biggest reasons the scientists found was that people are dealing with stress. Another reason is that people don’t have regular rest and don’t have enough sleep. Another conclusion the scientists made is that people have an unhealthy lifestyle and have a deficiency of certain vitamins or minerals. Could it be that there is another reason why people are so fatigued?
Renewal Through Ancient Wisdom
A missing link in this discussion about the problem of fatigue is that nobody seems to have the answer for how to be renewed and refreshed. How to be healed and renewed will be the exciting topic we will now explore. This will bring scientific research to another level, and it can bring hope to people who are suffering from burnout and fatigue.
We must turn back and research the ancient scriptures to discover what is the deep cause of why people are so fatigued. Next to that, we can find in the ancient scriptures how people can renew their strength and live a hopeful and exuberant life.
Divine Energy
Isa. 40:28
Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.
God the creator of Heaven and Earth is not fatigued or weary. He is full of energy and is filled with excitement. God doesn’t sleep or is lazy, covered with a blanket over his head to hide Himself. God is filled with joy and is bursting with energy. God is hopeful and He never gives up. He will not fail, and all His plans will come to pass. God has no doubts, and He has faith that all things will work out for good. God is the creator of exuberant life, He is the exuberant life.
Strength to the Weak
Isa. 40:29
He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength.
God wants to impart His power and strength to the weak and powerless. God wants to impart His exuberant life to people. God wants to impart His whole being to people as we could see in His original plan. God’s original plan was that man and God are one, one in image, and one in purpose. This is the real impartation from God and not an impartation from other humans. God wants to impart His power and strength to you.
Roots of Fatigue
Isa. 40:30
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall,
The reason that people are fatigued is because people are separated from God. It is because they are not living in their appointed destiny, it is because they are not living in their true identity. Even the youths, who are in the strength of their lives, are tired, weary, and fatigued. This part of the ancient scriptures was written 2700 years ago, long before the internet and social media. The reason for fatigue is not what the scientists say today, the reason for fatigue was 2700 years ago the same as it is now, the reason for fatigue is because of a separation from God.
Renewed Strength
Isa. 40:31
But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
Those who wait on the Lord! The answer to be renewed and strengthened is by waiting on the Lord. The word “wait” in this scripture is the Hebrew word “Qavah.”
“Qavah” means to bind together, perhaps by twisting together or collecting together. When we are one with God, we will experience the same supernatural strength as He has. We become one with God through His son Jesus Christ, we become one with God through meditating on His Word.
We saw that God wants to impart His exuberant life to people, giving power to the weak and strength to the fatigued. He will do that by giving His life to you through His Son Jesus Christ.
1 John 5:12
He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.
Rest and Renewal
God is giving an invitation to a burned-out, tired, and fatigued generation. He has compassion for all people, especially the youth. God sees a generation falling in sin, walking in darkness, being lost, and fatigued. God says, come back to Me!
Matt. 11:28-30
28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."
Pray Out Loud:
Heavenly Father, I want to come back to you. I admit that I am weak, fatigued, and without strength. I ask You for forgiveness for going my own way. Thank You, that You invite me to come back to you. Thank you for giving power to the weak and strength to the fatigued. I receive your strength now, through Your Son Jesus Christ! Amen!
Phil. 4:13
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
