The Ancient scriptures foretold genetic engineering numerous times. We start with the first blog post on this topic to show you the proof of genetic engineering in the book of Daniel. We need to start with some background story first.
King Nebuchadnezzar, King of Babylon had a dream about a great statue. The statue was gigantic and was made from different materials. The dream frightened King Nebuchadnezzar and he did everything to find out what the meaning of the dream was. Daniel who had the Spirit of the living God living in him gave King Nebuchadnezzar the explanation.
Daniel 2:31
31 "You, O king, were watching; and behold, a great image! This great image, whose splendor was excellent, stood before you; and its form was awesome.
32 This image's head was of fine gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze,
33 its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay.
Because we focus on genetic engineering in prophecy we will deal with the last kingdom, the feet of Iron and Clay.
Daniel 2:41-43
41 Whereas you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter's clay and partly of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; yet the strength of the iron shall be in it, just as you saw the iron mixed with ceramic clay.
42 And as the toes of the feet were partly of iron and partly of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly fragile.
43 As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, they will mingle with the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay.
In this last kingdom, we see that they will mingle with the seed of men.
Genetic engineering will be the focus in the time of the last kingdom, as it will be nowadays. In our days, we see a lot of GMO foods (Genetically modified organisms), GM foods (Genetically modified), and GE foods (Genetically engineered), and we know that scientists are in the process of genetic engineering of human DNA.
Next to genetic engineering, we find Transhumanism in the Ancient Scriptures.
As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, they will mingle with the seed of men;
According to the Ancient Scriptures, people are created from clay, from dust. This scripture, which was written 2600 years ago, predicts that they want to mix iron with clay. Do they want to mix human clay with robotic iron? The answer is yes when we follow scientific research nowadays when they talk about half human and half robot, also called cyborgs.
According to the Ancient Scripture this genetic engineering, mingling with the seed of men, will be judged by the God who created the heavens and earth.
Genetic engineering is counted as evil because it destroys creation and makes created organisms unfruitful, and unable to reproduce.
We all know what Adolf Hitler tried to do in the Second World War, Hitler wanted to create the Aryan race through genetic engineering. Adolf Hitler was evil!
